Use Custom server for email delivery

We send emails on your behalf via our own Help Ninja mail servers. When you create a mailbox, you have the option to either use our servers (by default) or specify custom outgoing settings. If you're using Gmail, see Send emails using Google OAuth instead.

To set up a custom server, you'll need the outgoing server name, mailbox username/password, port, and security details from your email provider. Once you have those details, simply copy/paste them into your Help Ninja mailbox's outgoing Connection Settings.
