Update Your User Profile
You can enter your personal details under the user profile to make it more unique.
You can even upload your display picture here.
Profile Overview
The User profile is where you set all your personal information like the email address, profile picture, alternate email id, etc.
You can find your User profile under the User icon on the top right corner of the screen.
Timezone
You need to select your timezone from the drop-down which will be recorded as a timestamp on your conversations.
Keyboard Shortcuts
Keyboard shortcuts are enabled by default and you can use the shortcuts to navigate through your conversations at ease. You can dislike the Keyboard Shortcuts you can disable by turning OFF the switch.
Profile Picture
You can upload a picture so that HelpNinja will add the photo to your replies and notes.
Profile pictures also show up in Lanterns if you have enabled for your account.
