Searching in HelpNinja
You can type and search anything to quickly locate customers, conversations or docs by clicking the search icon on the top right corner of the screen.
Administrators are able to search all data across all mailboxes, so they would be able to view everything. Users can also search all data if they have access to all mailboxes.
However, if a User is restricted to certain mailboxes, only conversations belonging to those mailboxes will be shown in their search results.
You can use the filters by clicking the dropdown icon to narrow down your search results.
