Managing Facebook with Helpninja
Facebook integration helps you seamlessly manage your Facebook page messages in tandem with the rest of your support.
1) Goto Manage -> Apps
2) Click on Facebook from the list of apps.
3) Click on Connect button, this will redirect you to the facebook page
4) Click on Add new page button and select your Facebook page and mailbox which you prefer to receive facebook messages. And click Add button
