How to set up SPF and DKIM for email delivery?
A Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record is a DNS record that identifies specific mail servers that are allowed to send emails on behalf of your domain.
DKIM stands for DomainKeys Identified Mail. DKIM and DMARC allow the receiving email server to verify the authenticity of messages sent from your domain, which helps prevent email spoofing.
Go to Manage > Mailboxes > Open the desired Mailbox > Connection Settings > Outgoing. Select Send with HelpNinja.
Here click Create record and you will see the CNAME records as shown below.
Now, you need to create the CNAME records under the Manage DNS / Advanced Zone Editor menu (depends on your DNS provider control panel). Here create a new CNAME record using the data copied from the SPF & DKIM Settings page.
After saving/creating the new CNAME records, return to the SPF & DKIM section and click the Validate Settings button to validate SPF & DKIM setup. Remember, it can take up to 24 hours before DNS changes propagate.
