How to forward conversations?

Open the conversation you would like to forward, then select Forward from the More menu.

Now, enter the email address of the customer you would like to forward the conversation to in the To field. Compose a message in the blank text box, then hit the Forward button to send it off.

A new conversation will be created for the forward and you will see the link of the forwarded conversation on the bottom of the initial conversation.
