To enable the live chat go to Manage > Lantern > Choose your Lantern. Now, go to Lantern settings on the left menu.
Here you can enable the Live Chat and click Save Changes.
When you enable the live chat on your lantern, you can manage the chat and chat transcript from the Mailbox connected with the Lantern.
