Create saved replies for fast answers


With saved replies, you can create message templates for common questions. It is like predetermined responses to the frequently asked questions or any known workarounds.

To create the saved replies, go to Manage > Mailbox > Select the Mailbox > Saved Replies.
Click on the new Saved Reply.


Name your reply and start composing your message in the text editor.
Finally, hit the Save Reply button.


To delete a Saved Reply, open the Saved Reply and click the delete button.



To insert a saved replied into your conversation, click on the Saved Reply icon on the editor toolbar.
