Got a new message? Going on vacation or out of the office for a few days?
Keep your customers informed by setting up an automatic reply.

When you receive an email from your customer to your mailbox, HelpNinja can send an auto-reply to the customer immediately. One auto-reply is sent per conversation, so the customer won’t receive more than one in a 24-hour period.

You can quickly toggle your auto-reply ON/OFF, or make changes to the auto-reply message. Only administrators and account owners will have access to this setting.

Go to Manage > Mailbox > Select the Mailbox > Auto Reply.
Set the Enable Auto Reply status switch to ON.
Enter the subject and draft the reply.
Check the Office Hours option if you only want to send the auto-replies outside of your business hours.
Finally, click the Save changes button.
