1. Total number of assigned and unassigned chats.
2. Choose Chats to see all unassigned chats. Choose Assigned on the drop-down to see the chats assigned to you.
3. Number of new messages received on the chat.
4. Tags added to the chat.
5. Time elapsed since chat created.
