Adding your email account into Help Ninja
Help Ninja works by creating a forwarding rule with your email client or server to send all your emails into your Help Ninja Mailbox. Each Mailbox has a unique identifier address, which looks something like this:
support.5ccbcd0c21cbb039979989e28@mail.helpninja.com
You can find your unique Mailbox address in the Connection settings of your Mailbox.
Manage > Mailboxes > Connection Settings > Incoming.
